This book reminds me of the saying “Life is hard by the yard, but by the inch its a cinch”. The author does away with the all-or-nothing approach and instead focuses on manageable change. She advises keeping a food journal, becoming aware of your current habits and finding ways to make changes. She also advocates a fitness plan that you can actually live with. This book will not make you feel like a failure if you can’t stick to a stict regime. Highly recommended!
